Lime Chicken Thighs with Poblano Sour Cream
serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 ea chicken thighs
- 1 ea large poblano chile, fine chop
- 2 t lime juice
- 1/2 C sour cream or Mexican crema
- 2 T cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs and roast at 475 until done, turning once.
- Mix the sour cream, cilantro, poblano, and lime juice.
- Plate the chicken, dress with the sour cream mixture, and serve.
