Lime Chicken Thighs with Poblano Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs and roast at 475 until done, turning once.
  2. Mix the sour cream, cilantro, poblano, and lime juice.
  3. Plate the chicken, dress with the sour cream mixture, and serve.
